This 30 minute Yoga Nidra session has been created with the intention of relieving any anxiety or stresses from your being; and helping this release trickle into your daily life.
This calming, nourishing practice guides you through various layers of your being putting each one to sleep whilst the still & tranquil part of you remains awake. We begin moving through Anamaya Kosha (the physical body), then Pranamaya Kosha (the energetic body), through Manomaya Kosha (the emotional body) and finally Anandamaya Kosha (the bliss body).
To practice, you’ll need to find a comfortable and quiet space where you can lay undisturbed for 30 minutes. You can download and listen to the session once a day or once a week – however many times you need to soften and alleviate any tense anxiety.
