This 40 minute Yoga Nidra session is focussed on connecting to the wellspring of gratitude inside your being and helping to bring this into your daily life more effortlessly.
Through this gentle and relaxing practice, we travel as awareness and put the various layers of the being to sleep. This session begins with anamayer kosha (the physical body), then journeying through pranamaya kosha (the energetic body), and finally anandamaya kosha (the bliss body), where we journey into the infinite bliss and gratitude that rests within your being.
To practice, you’ll need to find a comfortable and quiet space where you can lay undisturbed for 40 mintutes. You can download and listen to the session once a day or once a week – however many times supports you in connecting to that radiant source of gratitude.
